Advanced sharpening technology – The key feature of AnySharp® Classic is its two triangular sharpening plates made from ultra-hard tungsten carbide. This material, created by synthesizing carbon and metallic tungsten at temperatures up to 2000°C, rivals diamond in hardness. As a result, the sharpener effectively restores even heavily dulled knives.
Stability and safety – To maximize convenience and safety, AnySharp® Classic is equipped with a PowerGrip® rubber suction base. This allows the sharpener to be securely attached to a countertop, eliminating the need for a second hand during sharpening.
Versatile applications – AnySharp® Classic is perfect for sharpening straight-edge and serrated knives (excluding fine-toothed steak knives), made from stainless steel and carbon steel. It can also be used for sharpening cleavers, pocket knives, and hatchets. Important: Not suitable for sharpening ceramic knives.
