Microtech Socom Elite T/E Knife Blue Aluminum, Stonewashed M390 by Tony Marfione (161-10BL)
- Socom Elite T/E Blue Aluminum, Stonewashed tactical folding knife, designed to meet the strictest requirements of US Army special forces operators. The best materials, incredible durability, a knife that can withstand anything!

This product is intended for use only by adults with knowledge and experience in handling sharp cutting tools. Improper use of the knife can result in serious injuries. The blade is extremely sharp and can easily cut through skin and tissue; therefore, extra caution should always be exercised while cutting, and hands should be kept away from the cutting edge. To prevent the knife from slipping, it is recommended to cut on a stable, non-slip surface and avoid excessive force, which may cause uncontrolled blade movement.
Leaving the knife on the edge of a table, countertop, or in easily accessible places—especially where children are present—poses a significant safety risk. The knife should always be properly secured after use, ideally by placing it on a stable surface or storing it in designated knife blocks, protective sheaths, or magnetic strips. The knife should never be used for tasks it is not designed for, such as opening cans or prying objects, as this can damage the tool and lead to dangerous accidents.
A dull blade increases the risk of injury, as it requires more force and is more likely to slip from the material being cut. Therefore, it is essential to sharpen the knife regularly to maintain optimal sharpness. Additionally, proper cleaning and drying of the knife are necessary to prevent corrosion and bacterial growth. Periodic inspection of the handle and blade is recommended to check for cracks, chips, or looseness. If any damage is detected, the knife should be repaired or replaced immediately.
When using the knife, focus solely on the task at hand—avoid talking on the phone, watching television, or other distractions while cutting. Ensure proper lighting in the workspace for better visibility and control. Please note that some countries or regions have laws restricting the ownership and carrying of knives. Before purchasing or using this knife, verify that its use is legal in your location according to applicable regulations.
Following these safety guidelines will help ensure safe and effective knife use, minimizing the risk of accidents and extending the lifespan of the tool.

SOCOM Line - Microtech Socom line takes its name from the United States Special Operations Command, SOCOM for short. SOCOM is the operational command of the United States Department of Defense responsible for special operations. Under its supervision are units such as the Navy SEALs, Air Force PJs, Army Rangers and others. A knife that uses such a name must be characterized by professionalism, and the Microtech Socom series absolutely does that. They are very solid, made of the highest quality materials and can withstand all the rigors of the battlefield. They may be an investment, but they are built to survive anything. Whether you choose the Alpha, Bravo or Elite series, you know you are buying the best tool on the market. And its legendary reliability has made it the first choice for the special operations community.
M390 - martensitic high-performance chrome steel produced by powder metallurgy. Due to the alloy concept, it is characterized by an extremely high wear resistance and high corrosion resistance. Thanks to the high wear resistance, the shape of the edge is properly maintained, so that the blade remains sharp for a very long time (requires minimal maintenance). Another advantage is the resistance to “wire” formation during sharpening. Steel with a high chromium content of 20.0% (Cr) with an admixture of 1.9% carbon (C), 4.0% vanadium (V), hardened to 59-61 HRC. This super steel is comparable to Carpenter's CPM 20CV or CTS-204P steels. Manufactured by Böhler Edelstahl in Kapfenberg, Austria.
Blade - wide, Tanto Edge (T/E) type, sharpened on one side. Finished with a Stonewashed coating to hide scratches caused by use. The prominent belly extends the length of the cutting edge in relation to the length of the blade, converging towards a needle-sharp tip. The robust blade thickness combined with a high flat grind gives excellent cutting properties combined with high durability. The knife can be opened with a dual thumb stud. In order to maintain full control over the blade, there is upper jimping, a ridged thumb rest on the back of the blade. The knife is locked with a proven and popular liner lock.
Handle - made with high precision in 3D technology on CNC milling machines from aluminum 6061-T6. Perfectly fitted inlays (inlay) made of special 3M material with a sandpaper texture ensure that the knife does not slip in the hand during use. The back of the handle has jimping for a secure grip. The ergonomic profile and milled one-position (right) solid clip, which allows the knife to be carried discreetly in the pocket in a tip-down position (with the tip of the blade facing down). There is a lanyard hole at the back, for a safety or decorative cord. The handle ends with a window hammer.
