Easy Lock sets new standards in defense technology. A classic Friction Lock baton is opened with a swift wrist flick, while the Easy Lock can be deployed in two ways: either with a swing as usual or by pulling on the baton’s tip. This second method is advantageous in situations where discretion is key, or when circumstances prevent a full swing. The baton can be closed with one hand by releasing the Easy Lock mechanism-simply press the release button at the handle’s end and fold the baton by pressing the tip against any surface.
Handle - black color. The H-type grip (Anti-slip) with a textured surface reduces the possibility of pulling the baton out of your hand. Made from hypoallergenic, non-slip synthetic rubber, it fits comfortably in the hand. With an exceptionally durable bond between the knurled overlay and the telescopic baton, it is both highly resilient and easy to grip.
Steel - tensile-resistant low-carbon Cro-Mo 4130 alloy containing chromium and molybdenum, capable of withstanding high tensile, bending, and tearing loads. For the production of the elements, the following were used seamless pipes cold-drawn CSN 12060 grade (Czech standard) = CK55 - DIN 17200, C55E - EN 10083-1 + A1 from Cro-Mo 4130 steel.
Hardness - the steel components are hardened to 40-50 HRC, providing the expandable baton with high resistance to deformation during intensive use.
Coating - the expandable baton was covered with a highly wear-resistant black nickel-zinc (Ni-Zn) layer.
Important! With a new telescopic baton, there may be some difficulty with the first closing. To ensure smooth operation, we recommend extending baton several times without excessive force.
