Steel
N690Co - high carbon stainless steel with cobalt added for structural uniformity. One of the best tool steels in the world today. Hardened to 58-60 HRC. Produced in Austrian steelworks Böhler-Uddeholm.
Blade
Drop point type with Stone Wash finish masking scratches and eliminating glare. Plain blade with pronounced belly, high Flat Grind and wide profile for excellent cutting edge geometry and low friction cutting performance. On the back of the upper jimping, notched thumb rest. A small choil (curved undercut at the beginning of the blade) will facilitate sharpening. In front of the choil a protruding piece of tango creates a mini-guard.
Handle
Profiled, covered with non-slip waterproof micarta linings in black. Back Jimping notch on the back of the handle for increased comfort and confidence in reverse grip (with thumb on the back of the handle). Back tang lanyard hole for safety or decorative cord.
Sheath
Leather, with eye for belt. Mounting to belt or armor allows the knife to be carried in an upright position.
